I’ve had a C-Head for about three years and I think it’s fantastic! I’ve read the reviews, and the complaints about customer service, and I must say that just wasn’t my experience. Such a good design, so easy to use. I agree that the separation of liquid and solid presents a challenge, but I’ve found an easy and practically free solution.

I ordered and paid for my toilet on March 5th 2022. Emailed company when didn't arrive, was told I would have it by the end of May. I have emailed 3x and left a voice-mail today. Hopefully will find out something soon. I just seen an update on web page due to material and staffing shortage 10 week lead time for main part with parts to follow in a few days. I hope not, but looks like I could be waiting up to another 11 weeks.

Made Purchase of C-Head in March 2022. Understood they were having issues and moving. Gave benefit of the doubt and waited. Contacted with concerns but waited . . . and waited. Contacted many times since. Called and left messages. No response. No tracking number. No delivery. Nothing at all. Requested a refund . . . ZIP.

I believe you should CONSULT YOUR LOCAL AND STATE CONSUMER AFFAIRS DIVISION AND FILE COMPLAINTS IF YOU'VE HAD TROUBLE WITH THIS COMPANY. Also file with the FTC and or FCC, whichever organization will take your complaint. While considering acquiring a composting toilet, I've enlisted the opinion of others, including reading reviews. Due to far too many negative reviews about C-Head company accepting payment for toilets, then sending broken products or not sending any product at all, I will not be ordering from C-Head.
