One of the best renting experiences we have ever had. Totally fair & reasonable. Amazing neighborhood. Responsive when we needed help with anything. My family would absolutely rent from them again!
We didn't have any issues with Clint until it came time to move out.
I rented a duplex (2019-2022) from C-Hawkk Rentals for the last four years in Lawrence Ks amd the best neighborhood. My first Contact person was Clint. He is a very nice person and professional rental manager, as well as the rest of the C-Hawkk family. If there was ever any question or concerns about anything C-Hawkk management took care of it.
