Bought a 2018 Sorento and are having trouble with the locks. Have been out to service twice and they told us to contact KIA. No results from KIA so spoke to the Service Manager at C Harper. He told us on June 29 that the District Rep. from KIA would contact us that day which he never did. Left a message twice, July 5 and July 6 for the Service Mgr. to contact us and he has never bothered to return our telephone call. Apparently they don't value their customers. This will be our last purchase from C. Harper.
Go here from new or pre-owned vehicles! I did and not only was the staff knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly, they went out of their way after I got my three vehicles there to make sure I was happy well after I left the dealership!!! Unreal buying experience!!!
Shopped at every Kia dealer in south western Pa. Not only did they give me the best price, those people are just great down to earth folks that you can relate to. Ask for Willy and if he is not in just see Pat the sales manager.
