If you live in the western PA area and you are not buying a new or used car from C. Harper you are not looking for the best quality. Ownership down to the shop..hands down the best. Thank you Casey and Justin Merlin. Highly recommend!
They sold our vehicle out from under us. The bill of sale was sent to the bank and finalized. Ridiculous! Poor management!
Terrible service. Pay thousands for an extended warranty and literally nothing is covered. There all thiefs. Will never return to this dealership again. Pathetic
