To my John Deere g110 tractor there for an oil leak. Was charged $190 wame told that the gasket was replaced. Took it home and used it as week and a half later week, and it still leaks a half a quart am hour. This is the second time I had an issue with this establishment. The first time was a few years ago when I took this tractor to them to get it running. The previous owner ran over something and punctured and twisted the gas tank along other issues. I purchased a piece of equipment from the Dallas location yesterday. My salesman was David Roberts. He went out of his way to register the machines warranty so I didn't have to. They fueled and did a pre check on the machine before I took it home. I had some questions about an excavator on the lot. I told him I wasn't going to buy. I just had questions. He still took the time to get the keys and show me the machine. I will be a customer again.
Horrible customer service and overcharges. They rented us out a broken tool and still made us pay when we showed them it was broken. Would never rent from here ever again.
