I purchased a piece of equipment from the Dallas location yesterday. My salesman was David Roberts. He went out of his way to register the machines warranty so I didn't have to. They fueled and did a pre check on the machine before I took it home. I had some questions about an excavator on the lot. I told him I wasn't going to buy. I just had questions. He still took the time to get the keys and show me the machine. I will be a customer again.
Horrible customer service and overcharges. They rented us out a broken tool and still made us pay when we showed them it was broken. Would never rent from here ever again.
