Went to have a simple fix, that would have taken 10 min for one person to do, our car sat out front for almost 30min, before it was taken back, I have to say that it was fixed, but the mechanic left grease smeared all over the steering wheel, middle arm rest, and door arm rest, of my wife's brand new car! Level of professionalism- Zero, Take pride in what you do, and if you don't like what you do quit
Wow! Were to being.. my brother went to have a lift and 4 new tires put in his Jeep and they TOTALED his Jeep! He had it for less than two months and the employee took it for a "test drive" looked more like donuts in a parking lot and slammed into a concrete pole. The jerk of a manager was less than apologetic. They left his car unattended with both front windows down all day. Guess they thought they'd let his personal belongings get stolen too. Very rude! Said we needed new struts and shocks, since the car still rode good I didn't have them changed. Took the car to the dealer and the shocks and struts we fine. Total rip off. Go to Jim Grizzle in Van Buren, you will get more honest service and they are not rude.

We bought 4 new trailer tires from C & H, and were advised that the right side bearings needed to be repacked. So we ok'd the work, and were charged $30 a wheel. That same afternoon, we dropped the trailer off at another shop to have the wiring repaired. My sister asked the mechanic to check the left side bearings to see what kind of shape they were in. The seals were dry rotted, so he went ahead and repacked the bearings and put new seals. So we asked him to check the seals on the right side. The rear seal had not been repl... read more
I bought 8 tires from them for 2 vehicles and paid for an alignment since September......BIG MISTAKE! They will not stand good on the alignment, which was not done correctly, and called my husband a liar. Not Smart or Good For Business! They will never get anymore of my money or my family's.
I took my car in for an alignment only to be told the tie rod was bad and the alignment wouldn't hold AFTER I paid for the alignment. After my husband spoke with the manager they reluctantly agreed to reallign after the tie rod end was replaced. Took it back the next day and it was aligned again only to be told the cv axle was bad. My question is why would you align it knowing parts needed to be replaced!?!?!? I feel we should have been called as soon as they discovered the parts were bad, I would have had them do the repair... read more
This place was great i took my car in they checked it out for free gave me a estimate witch was considerably a lot cheaper than the last place. The manager was very nice and explained things very clear to witch i understood. the work was done clean and professional. I will be back. Their tire price was the cheapest around. I will continue to do my business there. good job guys
