I rarely leave reviews, but the experience with this company has been unbelievably frustrating. Our project—a major $80 million infrastructure job—has been repeatedly delayed due to their poor performance. Our current rep, Jessica K., has been unreliable throughout: missing promised deadlines, disappearing for months at a time, and providing little to no follow-up.
