Service They did a great job repairing our dryer. Unfortunately a bolt or screw was not properly put in when it was repaired, which forced us to make another call. They promptly returned and repaired the damage but charged us for the repair. We were not happy.
C H Smith Appliances is our go-to guy! Using Smith Appliance for 20+ years. Recently installed new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, over the range microwave in kitchen. Highly recommended! A+
Applied for a job they were hiring for. I’m severely overqualified for the position but have some disabilities (that would not hinder my performance) and disclosed them upfront. Was told they found someone “qualified”. I’m sure there are plenty of other “ethical” companies to work for and support in the Portsmouth community.
Don't waste your money or time. Horrible customer service. Total ripoff. Called them for refrigerator service. Made repairs and given a 30 day guarantee. When the fridge stop working on day 27, I was told no one could come for 10 days...with no refrigeration. That is outrageous. To add insult to injury they lied and said I didn't call them.
