I had a good experience this visit. I was in and out pretty swiftly. I even had to wait for a shift change but they were still pretty Quik. A lot of people arrived when I did making parking difficult because I’m a rookie.

This place is ridiculous and unorganized smh not professional enough to get a intercom at the window they want you to yell and put your ear up to the window to talk to them at the will call office.🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Drivers stay away from this place. It’s ridiculous!! The driver ( my husband) arrived at 1:30 pm for a 2 pm appointment. After attempting to check in with the security guard, the security guard informed the driver he was told to tell him to come back at 2 pm . Later we learned that this was the black man that wore glasses that everyone was talking about. Yes, the one with the attitude ! The driver was assigned to door #5. Place isn't what it was. Check in people are kind of rude, and God forbid if you're picking up. Could be here 30 minutes, could be 4 hours+ I'm working on the latter as I write this.
