Absolutely fantastic. Matt was so helpful with his advice, and he didn't falter with his design. His recommendation of all the bathroom features that have been fitted are PERFECT! I am no designer, and I certainly needed guidance. All the products are extremely high quality, and I now have a bathroom of my dreams! Thank you!
We recently purchased a house which included a bathroom supplied by these guys including a 10 year warranty. We had an issue with the sink and initially they were helpful and supportive in trying to resolve my problem. Suddenly it went from this to completely unhelpful and now ghosting me when I believe there was a genuine fault. Their warranties aren’t worth the paper they are written on and as soon as you have a problem they eventually ignore you. Had our bathroom designed and supplied by Matt and Team at C&H. High quality fittings at a very reasonable price compared to the well known chain suppliers. Matt really knows the details, specs and quality of the products he supplies...his recommendations are worth taking as we bought products we would not have otherwise considered....and are exceptionally pleased.
