First of all, I would like to commend and thank the people who worked on my computer. I am now aware of the fact that the laptop I brought in is indeed a knockoff, and my father got scammed out of $540. The staff of C&H PC are wonderful in their customer service and in quick resolution times. The fact that they could not replicate the issue I was having with my computer is not their fault. Can't say enough good words about C & H - starting with quick responses to our emails with Riki - to the follow up with Joe & Dylan installing new equipment in our new office space - running the wires so they can't be seen (inside joke about Spectrum!) and going above and beyond to help me move furniture around to accommodate our needs, and cleaning up the area better than when they arrived! I cannot imagine running my business without CH PC ! I have purchased, replaced and upgraded equipment and software over the years – PC’s, laptops, printers, receivers, remote backups – with their good recommendations for what serves me best and is most cost effective.
