I have been with this surgery for over 30 yrs even before they were at this location. I have generally had a very good experience with them. From the receptionists. Nurses and Doctors. Most of them are very helpfulness and efficient. I would not want to change to another practice. 1
They're not really helpful, I've been struggling with a cough for a year.The cough is still not resolved.
Alex is an excellent receptionist. Calm, understanding and listen's to you. Unlike other receptionist's there who put the phone down on you while you are still talking.
Abysmal practice,just come out of hospital after hip replacement, only to be informed by this set up.of a practice that they have struck me off stating that I'm.out of the catchment area,why the hell did they take me on in the first place e then,why as it taken them so long to come to.this action.absolute disgrace me agreement at ch medical0 out of 10 for care.
