VERY Poor communication. Waited 3 weeks AFTER a fitting for them to tell me they still need a doctors note (which I had already provided), and they needed Doctor to sign more documents before sending it to insurance for authorization. I thought the boots where already being made since they didn't tell me they needed anything else. Why was this not communicated at the time of the fitting? or when I provided the doctors note. I've been coming here for my orthotics for many years and they do a fantastic job. Jeff is so knowledgeable and helpful. His recommendations are right on and he makes all of the needed adjustments right away while your waiting. They really care about your overall outcome and making your life better and easier. I would definitely recommend going here especially vs. off the shelf or shoe store solutions. Get it done right and for a fair price.
I was so amazed by such wonderful staff here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I came and got exactly what I was looking for. I came here looking to get shoe lift help and sure got it! I really appreciate all the work everyone does here.
