Their orthotics are thoughtfully designed and less bulky than many alternatives, while the team takes the time to truly listen to and address concerns regarding your loved ones. The entire staff is attentive and consistently delivers excellent customer service. Based on my experience over the past 10+ years with my child, this company remains committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Highly recommended.
Had a bad experience with this company from the very beginning. Took 2 months to finally get my daughter’s AFOs only for them to make them wrong. I don’t know why this company has so many problems getting insurance approval, when other offices have the boots done in 2-3 weeks after measurements. Their “higher quality” they claim to have, does not make up for their poor service and poor communication. My daughter suffered. VERY Poor communication. Waited 3 weeks AFTER a fitting for them to tell me they still need a doctors note (which I had already provided), and they needed Doctor to sign more documents before sending it to insurance for authorization. I thought the boots where already being made since they didn't tell me they needed anything else. Why was this not communicated at the time of the fitting? or when I provided the doctors note. Why wait 3 weeks to tell me you need more stuff to get authorization to make the boots? WHY WAIT 3 WEE... read more
I've been coming here for my orthotics for many years and they do a fantastic job. Jeff is so knowledgeable and helpful. His recommendations are right on and he makes all of the needed adjustments right away while your waiting. They really care about your overall outcome and making your life better and easier. I would definitely recommend going here especially vs. off the shelf or shoe store solutions. Get it done right and for a fair price.
I was so amazed by such wonderful staff here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I came and got exactly what I was looking for. I came here looking to get shoe lift help and sure got it! I really appreciate all the work everyone does here.
