I have been a state farm customer for years because of agent c h faber. I purchased insurance with state farm when i was a senior in high school. Then i introduced a few of my family members to mr faber so they could purchase insurance. I am now 50ish and still a customer. We have been very pleased with our service and agent. Mr Faber is one of the best, thank you
Horrible service. I had auto insurance with State Farm that renewed every month with autopay. For some reason the autopay stopped and my bill was past due. They did not call me or notify me that my bill was not paid. I was under the impression that my bill automatically gets paid every month via my credit card. Three months go by and the only reason I find out was because I got a letter from the dmv stating my license was suspended for not having auto insurance.
