We had an electrical outage caused by some faulty wiring there was an attempt to repair before caving with a company due to the thought of how expensive it could be BUT it was definitely out of my husbands scope SO my husband called on a Saturday and we had Jeremy out at our house within a few hours. I believe it took less than two hours total to trouble shoot the problem, buy and then replace the equipment! Super professional and the cost was unbelievably cheap to what we thought it would be!
