Great Service ! I think after reading the reviews I see that maybe it was something to do with groupons I hired them from a next door guy which he referred me Jordan and Tom did a great job
Not sure about these bad reviews... They showed up, cleaned my chimney and everything was great. Service was fast and courteous, no high pressure sell like some other companies. Offered to install a liner on my wood stove to bring me up to code, but I declined. Fair price on that, too. Would recommend and will use again.
These guys show up on time to bid your job.. After that.. Good luck! The first time they showed up over a 2 hrs late, Then the crew they sent had didn't have a clue what to do so they left. After that they missed 2 appointments (with no phone call and no response to my phone calls) and showed up randomly a few days later to start work.. Total lack of respect for my time.
