I suspect this company is out of business. I emailed twice and even left a phone message over the past week about a stereo install and never heard back. If still in business their customer responsiveness is sorely lacking.
Excellent customer service is it to communicate and definitely taking care of his customers! I bought a part from eBay and he immediately sent me a message making sure I am ordering the right part then when I got the part I actually ordered the wrong one and when I messaged him again, he said “no problem I will take care of it” and just told me to ship this one back and I got the new part within a few days Definitely recommend You won’t be disappointed!

Outstanding customer service! I ordered the wrong one for my 4-runner. C&H sent me the correct one at no charge and it was my mistake. My wife will be thrilled to have the touchscreen, it has not worked since we owned the 4-runner. If your touch screen doesn’t work, watch his “how to videos” then order from C&H Car Stereo. It can’t be easier and you won’t be disappointed!
Hi - This shop deserves more than 5 star. My Lexus ES350 Audio and GPS was not working - they have fixed it professionally. Also they sell good quality parts. They are very genuine in labor- I definitely recommend them. Their satisfaction of service is excellent- they know what they are doing and have everything available at their facility. If you need any further inputs - don’t hesitate to ask. Definitely try this shop for audio , radio & navigation repair
