By far the worst run Dr ******* Appointments mean nothing .even with appointment still 6 hours.
I've used Dr. **********************'s office 12+ years and today was denied service and told to leave. I had a 9:00 appointment but sat for 3 hours. The male that was going to reline my teeth obviously didn't want to. He asked me to take them out and I did. He pointed to the ridge on the top plate and said that would prevent them from ever being tight. I told him they had been so tight in the past that they were hard to get out. Not professional and only care about getting people in and out to collect money. Most of the people are senior citizens and handled as though they are a number not people. The staff do not answer the phone. You have to continuously call and leave messages in order to receive a call back, or actually go by the office to get assistance. If you complain about the service provided, the staff push your appointment to correct the problem out to 3 or 4 weeks. Had amazing service from my 1st initial appointment down to the extractions and dentures! I haven't smiled in over 5 years but on march 19th 2020 I walked out smiling â¤
