Have my nephrologist and kidney transplant team at UCI. Decided to try Dr Albers for some GI issues. Scheduled appointment in August 2025. First availability was Dec 2025. Ok. I guess I can wait. Now I get a message through MyChart this morning stating that due to "availability" Dr Albers is not available and I can see a PA. No thanks. Dr Albers GI is the best of the best for GI. I have seen other doctors but he is the cram of the crop in every category.
Dr Albers spent a great deal of time discussing my symptoms to determine the best way to move forward with treatment.
Dr Alber 非常有耐心也很專業、他考慮週到、注意力也很細心、尤其在作scope 時。每次做完胃腸鏡、都會向病人家人解釋清楚。
Dr Albers was very kind, caring, thorough and explained "my health issue" in great detail as well as spending valuable time with me. His staff was very nice. After seeing other GI doctors, I was not convinced of their diagnosis so I searched for a different Dr. I am so very glad I was referred to UCI and Dr Albers for a second opinion. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Albers!!
