Do not waste your time; Find a different broker. Frank lacks professionalism, care, and basic respect for his clients. He does not know what he is doing, frequently going back on his word. His communication skills are abysmal, as touched upon by another reviewer. I would recommend C&G Mortgage to everyone and anyone that will listen. Frank was amazing. I am a first time home buyer and he made the experience worry free, and helped us navigate the whole process. He worked his magic and got us a deal I didn't even think was possible. We ran into a small issue with the Title, and Frank was amazing at keeping me updated and keeping on everyone else making sure the issue got resolved as soon as possible.
