In March of 2024 living in Minnesota and wanting to buy a home in FL I came across C&G as it was the closest to where I wanted my new home. I worked with Chris, who assisted me in the process. Chris was very friendly and promised to move things right along for us. The home was chosen, a trip to FL made to put the $114K down and to choose colors, flooring etc. We were told that we could expect the home mid May to be ready.
