She is very efficient, quick to respond and very professional. The plaques they make for our agency are beautiful. All we can say is wow ! This company went absolutely above and beyond for my husband. My husband recently acquired an M9 Beretta, however, it was missing the collectors coin. He did some research and discovered C Forbes Inc. made the coins. He reached out to see if he could purchase one to complete his collection, and received a response from Sam Forbes stating they do not sell them, however, he had one in his office he was willing to send my husband - free of charge.
