I love my MH8500. Its extremely versatile. It's easy to work on and maintain. When I have had an issue or question, I've received outstanding customer service from Struck.

Great American business run by great people building a great product. I have been running a Struck Magnetrac 4800 for many many years, today i added a 4900, so far, so great. I went with a Struck again first because of their customer service and pats on hand, but mainly because their is no machine in the weight class that is remotly as capable. I have had a magnatrac MS1000 for a few years now. I have had problems with this from DAY 1. This has been my worst investment ever. I should have bought a Kubota or a John Deere. This product is for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys tinkering with stuff. I have spent more time fixing it than using it. DON'T BUY THIS IF YOU ARE NOT A MECHANIC! The staff at the office are very pleasant. They ship parts out quickly.
