We trusted Loman-Ray for our employee health insurance. It’s been a terrible experience. They have ignored our communications, twisted our words, and made false promises. It seems as though everything is always someone else’s fault. Danielle and the CEO, Brian, pretend to want to help but haven’t followed through. We are still waiting for a refund of premium from February that was deducted after they were informed at least 30 days in advance that we would not be renewing.
Danielle was amazing to work with. She listened to everything we needed and communicated every step of the way.
Dani was so great at giving me a quote. She was on top of it and did it in a timely matter! We appreciated her hard and detail work.
