DO NOT buy or lease your office equipment here. Did ours then paid off the lease and everything blew up. They REFUSED to renew the Maintenance Agreement and told me to take my business somewhere else. The owner Tim Harms was completely rude in the entire process. Never heard from the sales rep again. Oh, and this was after they switched out like 3 machines to begin with because they could not get one to do what we wanted it to do. Buy or lease office equipment ANYWHERE else. I paid more to do business with a local company; however, they immediately sold my lease to a national third party agency. Save your money and buy from the box stores.
