They use store-bought tortillas for their tacos, the kind that have 10 ingredients. Inauthentic and rubbery. You can tell right away they’re fake tortillas just by looking at them. They need to improve the quality of their food or give the location to a higher quality restaurant/cafe. They seem to spend more time making their social media look professional than on making good quality food. I was enjoying my Saturday walk around the neighborhood, when happened upon Pan Dulce- continently around the corner from my home and had to check it out. Came in at a pretty quiet time, which was very convenient for an early Saturday treat for myself. Tried their chocolate croissant and I was pretty pleased with my findings. Not too sweet, the dough had a little bounce to it; all in all, it was a nice pick me up. I would definitely come in again and try out more from their menu.
The kolaches were a huge let down. They use Lil’ Smokies. The other pastries are wonderful.
