Driver almost hit my friend driving in front of my by failing to yield at an intersection, but was able to stop on time. Then proceeded to cut me off almost hitting me. Then when I honked the driver stopped in the middle of the road the throw hands signs at me as if I had done anything wrong. I had the right of way and he needs to learn to yield to oncoming traffic.
They always arrive when they said they will.
He only gets two stars cuz he answered the phone. Quoted me a minimum of $500 to do a standard pumping on a standard tank because the stupid county thinks you need to pump these things every 3 years. He also mentioned prices like $1,200 or $1,500. I'm still a little bit in shock. Pennsylvania has lots of these little monopolies, but even so these prices are astronomical. I have gotten much better quotes elsewhere.
We recently received a negative comment. I think what transpired is we were given wrong information over the phone regarding the number and size of the tanks. When we arrived at the property we discovered the customer had more tanks and larger tank size that what we were expecting. Hence the price was higher than what we quoted over the phone.
Totally dishonest. Overcharged me and lied! After talking to other people, this is not uncommon for them.
