Julian was polite and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain what was needed for work on our air conditioners and the options available to us. Would welcome him back anytime. He is an honest and helpful individual.
The mechanics on duty were very helpful, however the unprofessional voice behind the phone MICHELLE could brush up on her people skills and mannerisms. Its unfortunate that she's representing this company, as she talks down & rushes people..etc.

C & E had installed the boiler in our house for the sellers and have kept them coming in for the yearly servicing to maintain warranty on it. Dave was helpful in showing the basics of boiler heat to a rookie.
We have used C&E since we moved into our home over 6 years ago. Every time we’ve needed service we’ve been very happy. Each of the guys have been excellent to work with, have done a great job, and they showed up when they said they would. We couldn’t be happier.
