I disagree with: $25 in town vehicle fee, $57 -about 5 minute talking charge. Was told plumber on my time when he goes to truck at the shop till he gets back + S M would check GPS. Told 2x by Service Manager would call within a week- didn't. Wrote letter to owner, saw owner in another week,walked out of meeting. Paid bill but will use other companies. Written March 14/26
Got confused and proceeded to just tell me to deal with another company
I purchased a furnace and a/c from C & E in July 2022. In February 2025 the circuit board went in the furnace. The warranty only covered the material not labour. I have just received an invoice for $297.00 for the labour. I am upset that C& E sold me a piece of junk and are not standing behind their product and are charging me for their mistakes. The one repair guy unhooked the a/c at the time he was repairing the furnace. In June 2025 they had to come back and hook it up. Just one issue after another
Julian was polite and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain what was needed for work on our air conditioners and the options available to us. Would welcome him back anytime. He is an honest and helpful individual.
The mechanics on duty were very helpful, however the unprofessional voice behind the phone MICHELLE could brush up on her people skills and mannerisms. Its unfortunate that she's representing this company, as she talks down & rushes people..etc.
