My boiler had completely stopped working and I called Jim and he came to see me the same day to take a look at the issue. He wasn’t able to sort it then but didn’t charge anything for the call out and arranged to come back within the next couple of days and sort it for me. He came back today and within 10 minutes it was working again! He was so lovely and I can’t thank him enough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
