They over charged me for work they didn't actually do. I don't know much about cars, and I think they could tell this. Here is the long version of what happened: I got 'work' on my car here done about a year ago. They charged me over $800 for a tune up, to change all the fluids (including full transmission flush and radiator fluid), and to get it state certified. Recently my check engine light came on.
