Quality of the bark was fine, service was ok, but the loads are off. No scale is used. “4 scoops is 3 yards” is the math we got for our medium mulch.. They leveled off their *maybe* half yard bucket on their small loader and got “4 scoops” per the kid loading when we bought 3 yards? The math seems questionable at least. We have gotten mulch in Olympia and Shelton many, many times with the same dump trailer and it hardly fits 3 yards when we fill elsewhere. This run barely filled it halfway. I cannot speak for the other products, but I have bought gravel/rock a number of times and have always been pleased. The prices are fair and the workers are friendly.
