Beware, look elsewhere for a reputable fence contractor! CD Stroud was recommended recently as a local fence contractor so we had them bit for our project. Needless to say we didn't use them because of several red flags which were experienced as we learned more about them. The sale guy was condescending, wouldn't address our concerns in the contract specifics, and in the end dropped the ball in doing his job. This led to us going elsewhere to have the job done. CD Stroud sales practices are less than desireable. – Do not trust anything they say. Make sure you get everything in writing, they have a selective memory. Make sure you read the contract very closely, especially when they try to charge you $90 for getting the permit processed without telling you this up front (any other reputable company would do it for free as part of the overall cost of operation). Very unethical sales force at CD Stroud.
