The character of Amerigas workers continue to amaze me. They are reasonably priced. We first encountered driver Edward and he was very polite. We have had 2 deliveries since and it has been the same experience. Very polite and hold up to their name.
If you’re near Olympia go with All American propane. Half the cost, great customer service, talk to someone with in a minute of calling. Amerigas charges 5 dollars a gallon. That's double any other company around here!!!!! Run. 130 a year for a 120 gallon rental again double runnnn!!!! This wouldn't be worth it even if they had excellent customer service. They don't it's the worst one. Requested to fill one a month. It's been 3 months. Requested an emergency refill Friday. It's Monday with no one around. What a joke. Terribl... read more
5 dollars a gallon !!!?? 130 for a tank rental a year. !!!! You want the tank removed 419 dollars, no you can't bring it to them!!!! You want to talk about criminal this place is the definition. Request monthly refill continuous no shows!! Requested emergency refill it's been 3 day, no one is here!!!!! Terrible customer service., 30 minutes wait times to talk to someone !!!!

It's Monday with no one around. What a joke. Terrible customer service consistently don't come out to fill out gas. Call wait time is 26 minutes. Or you can choose to get a call back in 3 hours.
It was very difficult to use the online scheduling, never got a positive delivery day and time. Scheduling with a person was difficult to understand. But eventually I got the propane delivery. The delivery driver was very helpful and a pleasant person to interact with.
