Terrible service while trying to cancel my service. I waited 4 months! for them to cancel my service. They kept giving me the run around about how they have to send a request out. Well surprise whom ever was suppose to help failed to help me. I do not recommend amerigas. If I could give them no starts I would but unfortunately it makes you pick a start.
I had you fill up my tank. The guy was apparently new and shut everything off. Later that night your technician had to drive from Chehalis to turn everything back on at 1am. A year later you sent two people to my property and they were messing with my tank . I went outside to ask what they wanted and they told me not to worry. I said please leave, you didn’t ask to be here. It was the same guy who’d shut everything off. He got an attitude and I said please leave now. He and the other guy finally left. Service was great. Price was $2 a gallon more than other local companies. I will be switching providers
Worst propane company to use, no customer service, do not care about their customers. Over charge, delivery takes forever, and if you cancel services, it can take 3 months for them to get their tank off property and will charge you a bunch of money to remove. STAY AWAY FROM AMERIGAS!! Zero star for crappy service.
