Worst propane company to use, no customer service, do not care about their customers. Over charge, delivery takes forever, and if you cancel services, it can take 3 months for them to get their tank off property and will charge you a bunch of money to remove. STAY AWAY FROM AMERIGAS!! Zero star for crappy service.
Amerigas is much more expensive than other propane companies in my area. Also it was C & D propane that delivered my propane? Thank you, Ed Sorger
The worst service I've ever had. I'm going back to a company that will answer the messages, answer the phone, follow up if they have a truck malfunction, and deliver promptly. Amerigas won't do any of that. I had a nice enough driver, but everything else was absolutely awful. I'm still dealing with a botched order.
Amerigas is the worst propane company we've ever dealt with. All call center operations are conducted in another country (i.e. not in America). Propane pricing is double what other local companies charge, but because we were leasing our tank we were stuck paying their exorbitant prices. And, when terminating business with them they'll charge you close to $400 to pick up their tank. We're so glad we switched to another propane company. My only regret is that we didn't do it sooner.
