Exceptional customer service and great quality. We bought the machines to clean our diamond jewelry and since then we would call them anytime, and they would pick up right away and provide any support we might need. Very satisfied, and we recommend them if anyone is looking to clean their jewelry.

Steamshine steam cleaners are high quality steamers, manufactured right here in the USA. I've had mine for over 20 years. It performs day after day in my busy shop. I've replaced a few parts over the years that the heat takes a toll on. But very reliable unit. Agnes is very helpful and knows her stuff. If this unit lasts another 20 years, it would not surprise me at all.
