This is our fourth year working with them on my daughters braces. The wait time has always been great, even when one of the technicians aren't here. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help. I love this facility.

1star because I couldn't select 0.. first brace was wrong due to reading through the xray made completely wrong.. had drive 6 hours again just so Hopkins could x-ray the 2nd brace make sure done rite..had to recast..time for her 3rd brace it was made wrong again .. was told come in mail 1 to 2 weeks using a hacked up brace in the mean time.. 3 weeks in I call an they have no idea what I'm talking about . So they have forgot to make the brace..I have called my Dr an wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.. office is nasty.... read more
