The car was dropped off on a Wednesday night for alignment in the morning. We were told it needed a tie rod end and we decided to have him take care of it. It’s now Tuesday afternoon and the car still isn’t done but he is working on other vehicles because one of the other vehicles was on the rack and would be there until a part for it came in days later and he is currently working on a different one but he should have it done soon (mind you the tie rod end was there Friday).
