Dr. Bakala is absolutely brilliant. I cannot emphasize enough how talented he is as a surgeon. He performed my septorhinoplasty, and the results were beyond my expectations. Dr. Bakala was wonderful. I have seen a few different ENT specialists and doctors and left feeling unsure of what is going on with my tinnitus and other concerns. Dr. Bakala was thorough and comforting and really spent the energy to make me feel confident in the information he was sharing. Hands down one of the better experiences I have had with a doctor. If you are an injured worker do not go see this doctor, he completely failed on following up with a septal in my nose, clearly the doctor knows that the hole is going to get bigger regardless. He did not intervene within 10 months to do something about it,nor set up a following appointment. He practiced like a councilor instead of treatment it asap ,now the whole has gotten way too big for surgery he said, he sent me home with cream. he acted like a councilor. Absolutely would not recommend him. After a long wait of almost a year and a half they canceled my appointment. They did not send me any emails or forms to fill out either. Terrible practice
