We were on our way to do a show in LA and we got to their shop. They said what happened to our car is something that never happens. They found the parts to fix it somehow. If you find yourself in trouble or in need of something on the way to Cali, go to these people. It seems slow and out of the way, but their work ethic is amazing. Best customer service I have ever had.
Don't count on them to help in an emergency. Very reluctant to take on challenging jobs. Expressed liability concerns about a potential radiator replacement. Refused to take the job. Not a bash. Statement of facts. Might have to adjust rating lower to account for poor response to feedback (this is a critique).
Took my 2002 jeep liberty to C & D auto repair. Was first time there, friends recommended them. Jeep hadn't been starting good, they diagnosed it to be fuel pump. Part is obsolete so it took a bit of searching, they spent a few hours researching and discovered they wouldn't be able to help us out. After all the time they put into helping us, they didn't charge us for their service and time. I highly recommend them, they are very knowledgeable and honest people.
