I use Charlie and Steve to do all my transmission work and I have had multiple repairs and rebuilds over the years. Their prices are always fair for the honest work they perform. Very knowledgeable on a very wide range years, make and models. They have worked on many vehicle for me from a 1973 Cadillac to a 2016 Ram 3500 4x4 and everything in between. If you need transmission work done, do it here.
Had a transmission rebuilt with them and a torque converter replaced. Torque converter went out again a couple weeks later and destroyed my transmission. They put a brand new transmission and torque converter in at their cost this time. I would recommend them over and over again. Amazing people and super patient!!
These people are top notch! Overhauled my Jeep transmission and saved me around $1000 from other quotes. The vehicle was done in a timely manner and works perfectly. I dropped my truck for service when I picked up the jeep and was called the next morning to let me know it was ready, amazing. Top notch, old school quality. Thanks Charlie! A real pleasure to deal with.
EDIT: The owner has done right by me and fixed all of the previous issues. Just blew the seals recently and figured I'd give them a chance to repair everything that was wrong. Very happy with the work they've done at this point. If you have any issues with the shop, get in contact with the owner and see what he can do for you. Rebuilt my transmission last year for a decent price. Gave me the truck back with the O/D light blinking and the speedometer not working. Said there is nothing they can do about it.
