Absolutely ridiculous experience with C C's Pool & Spa Services. They came to my house, spent maybe 20 minutes answering a few basic questions about pool care, and then charged me $240 — without ever telling me upfront what it would cost. No service performed, no repairs, nothing — just a short conversation. I would have never agreed to pay that kind of money just to be talked at if I had known beforehand. I was quoted $150 for a service visit, but after the pool company came out, they suddenly raised the price to $620 without clearly explaining the extra charges in advance. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. I expected honest communication and transparency, but instead, I felt taken advantage of. So disappointed

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I feel that we were deceived on this one. When I called to get a quote :to clean my pool, I was told $150 which falls in line with other quotes I received. I was impressed that the workers came out immediately but imagine my surprise when I learned that it was $150 an hour! I was also charged $350 for chemicals and then learned from other pool services that it should not be more than $50. My pool is worse than it was but Dean said it could take up to 48 hours.
