Came out straight away to fix the fault on my light. Sorted and tested. Great professional service from Calum
Calum came out straight away on a Saturday afternoon as the boiler had a fault on it, he tested the controls then put temporary power to the boiler to get me up and running within a hour. He rebooked me in through the week at a lower rate to identify the fault and rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Tested everything and had to replace a few things and reconnect various wires properly, re - linked my wireless stat and checked function of my boiler on completion. Called Callum to help me with my downstairs lights which had tripped. I spoke to him on the weekend and we arranged a Monday morning fix. I wasn't at home so we agreed for him to come in on his own and sort it. Just back from work now and he's fixed the problem, sorted out some other lights unrelated to the job and given me great advice on bulbs for a fixture all for a very reasonable price. Great service, he's gone above and beyond. Would recommend.
