Being a cancer survivor, with a concerning test result, I wanted to have a quick few minutes phone talk with Charles Wen to understand what was going on and the way forward. I also wanted to ask for a repeat test before going for a radioactive scan since I had so much radiation in the past already. Dr. Wen did a very thorough examination and then explained what he found and how we should go forward. I had been wearing a catheter for 6 weeks from the time in the hospital to my recovery at home. It was very satisfying to know how I stand and that everything is okay. He has a very personable and professional manner. I am very grateful to be his patient.
