I brought my daughter in for a simple, straightforward trim/cut, and the experience was awful. Her hair was cut by Lisa, who did an absolute disservice to her hair. The cut turned out completely uneven, blocky, and jagged at the bottom—it looks chopped up rather than professionally blended or trimmed. Come here every time for my haircuts usually always very nice and good price for their haircuts this time the person who gave me my haircut was rude and was very rough and on top of that said my haircut was $42 when it’s normally $30 so I got up charged and rude service you guys can do better!
I showed the lady a photo of DARL BLUE HAIR with a raccoon tail and Ykw she gave me TEAL HAIR WITH NO RACCOON TAIL if I could give zero stars I would.
He was flustered and didn't know what to do next. Typically, a barber would clip up the hair on the crown of my head and cut the sides, but he relied solely on the clippers. To make matters worse, the clippers were running low on battery, and he didn't even have a pair of scissors to cut with—he actually had to borrow scissors from the guy working across from him. Extremely rude and out of date staff who all seem to be extremely rude. Sign out front said $30 max for cut wash and style. I get my hair curled and I look like the Annabelle doll from the conjuring. Would of been nice if this were the 1940s and when I asked at the front about the price change they told me it’s whatever the stylist comes up with… also it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to leave with unfinished curls and the stylist blamed the unfinished look on not having enough time.
