Horrible! Workers are extremely rude, spoke badly about each customer after they paid and left at the receptionist desk. Stylist was late and told me they could not give me the color I wanted and it would be hard to achieve anywhere else when i literally had that color done at Ulta. Left without getting anything done due to horrible attitude towards me.
I never have to wait long if I walk in. There's always someone available. Prices are very reasonable and people are friendly. Didn't give it 5 stars because the quality of haircuts has varied from very good to fair.
Absolutely love this place. Been going here since it was in the mall,both locations, my son got his first haircut with Mike 30 years ago!
