HORRIBLE SERVICE! I paid money upfront -5000$ to get my company box truck fixed, and it was never fixed! I never recieved my refund. I had to get my truck towed from this business. I spoke with the manager multiple times that informed me my truck would be fixed. After 7 months- still nothing! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this business.
Took a vehicle there for a complete transmission rebuild. They had it about a week and got it back to is. The "rebuild" lasted about a month before it experienced the exact same issue as before. This time they kept it for 4 weeks before getting it back to us. As so many others have stated, they push warranty work to the bottom of the list, claim that they are waiting on parts, and then when you've been enough of a nuisance, they "fix it" and get it back to you. I got my transmission done less than 30 days ago and I am having problems taking it back this morning . I took my truck back 2 more times and it is still not fixed. Getting ready to file a Lawsuit. I think those guys are racist.
This review gets NO stars if I could. Our vehicle was "supposedly" fixed in November 2022!! We gave Clarence Cochran 5,000+ and our truck still has the same transmission in it that we had when we took it to him. He is not an honorable business person! We took him to court and he didn't have the decency to show up. We took our truck back to him 5 times. The last time was August 13, 2023 and we did not hear from him. Each time we called, we were told he was not there or they would not answer the phone. We would have someone el... read more
