It has taken me a while to post this. I have been using Burke's Pet Resort to kennel my 2 dogs for 3 years and never had a problem until the last time. My youngest dog passed away in October so I just had one dog who was almost 15 years old. I had her kenneled for one week over the New Years holiday week and picked her up January 4th. When I went to pick her up I was informed that she had fallen in the common area 2 times and could not get up on her own and that she wouldn't eat.
