Second time Chad did some work on our house. Literally cannot recommend him enough! We had three issues, both electrical and plumbing, and his price was more than fair. He fixed those issues in a couple hours or less.
Read all of the 1 start reviews and believe them. Beware of this guy. He does not return calls. The most unqualified and unprofessional 'contractor' I've ever regretted hiring.
New to West shore, and grateful we found Chad! Great guy, knows his stuff, actually has a work ethic and did I mention, he knows what he's doing?!? Awesome price.
I had used Chad a few times long ago.... Never had a issue. Recently, i had a few things i wanted him to do...and he knew who it was, and never called back....i tried another time a couple years later....same thing. I honestly think if the job you want him to do isnt making him a lot of money, he will totally ignore you!!! Even if you used him in the past. No loyalty at ALL! Its very sad that someone can be that way. I even had a neighbor try to use him....even ignored him!!! I thought you were better then this Chad!!
Love Brad, he's very reasonable and you get 2 for the price of one plumbing and electric. I highly recommend him
