Back in January our client went under contract on a vacant property where the seller was unavailable and utilities were shut off. Prior to getting them turned back on we called Derek at C & C Plumbing to see if he could be at the property when the utilities came back on to make sure there weren't any unexpected leaks! He went above and beyond for us! From unclogging sinks that were full of cigarettes, fixing spigot's, providing batteries for the thermostat, catching several leaks and crawling under the crawlspace to flip HVA... read more

Was getting lunch where I saw a C & C driver on break. He was loudly listening to podcasts without headphones, spilled his drink on the table, and then did nothing to clean it up.
