My nails were in terrible shape, but when I left my nails looked great!!!
i don’t normally do this but i feel like i should have to , i asked for a pretty simple set and i needed a full set a lady did them and they were very clumpy and they were really thick ect , overall just terrible and not what i asked for , one of my nails ripped off after a day of having them so i called and made a complaint because they were $95 which is very expensive and ive never had to pay that before , i called and she said the manager would call me and she did text me and made me another appointment to get them fixed ... read more
My first time getting my nails done🍓
Pat at C C Nails is excellent. I can't give a 5 because I paid for 3 special pedicures and 3 S&S. The other 2 were not as good as mine with either service. Daughters nails were not smooth and granddaughter 's were messy. The facility is very nice and clean. I was not aware of upcharge for using Credit card. Wasn't pleased with that. Will carry cash next time. But a lot of businesses are going to that.
The salon is beautiful. The girl upfront at the desk with the curly hair is also super sweet. I do not appreciate that the techs always try to up-sale you when you are very clear about what it is you would like done. A 5 year old does not need a gel manicure just because it will last longer. Be respectful of you customers wishes please. You may not make a large sale but if you are less pushy they will return rather than loosing the customer all together.
