I am extremely disappointed and shocked by my experience at this salon. The technician left my nails uneven, rough, and visibly over-filed. The nails are different lengths and shapes, the edges are jagged, and the surfaces have noticeable marks and white patches. This is not the professional result I expected from a nail salon. I immediately asked for the work to be corrected and was told that another technician would help me. I came to the beach at Mother's Day. I had a basic pedicure with standard polish. My nails looked great and the polish stayed set. I remember there being beautiful fresh floral arrangements around the salon due to the holiday. A lovely touch and good experience.
Molly is wonderful. Helped me chose colors. Great clean job.
I did enjoy the pedicure with gel polish; however, there was still some loose, peeling skin on my heels that had not been fully removed during the treatment. I expected my heels to feel smoother and more thoroughly finished afterwards, so I would rate this part two stars. The gel manicure did not meet my expectations.
