This is the first time I have ever left a negative review, but I told management if they didn’t make the situation right, I would have to leave an honest review for people to see. I bought my wife and her friend a mani-pedi for my wife’s birthday. I called in advance and paid for both of them and asked to go ahead and pay the 20% tip as well.
