really hate having to leave a review like this, but after my daughter’s experience here, I feel like I have to. My daughter was really excited to get her nails done and unfortunately left extremely disappointed. The quality of the nails was not what we expected at all, and the design was poorly done. Honestly, these are some of the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. I showed a VERY clear reference picture, and somehow the finished set looks nothing like it. The shapes are uneven, the lengths don’t match, the artwork is sloppy, and the overall set looks rushed and unfinished. There’s a huge difference between “it doesn’t look exactly like the picture” and the work simply not being done well. What made it even worse was trying to get help afterward. Moon and Tracy did a great job for me and my wife with our pedicures. Moon's massage of my lower legs and feet were the best I have had. Tracy was very particular and conscientous with everything for my wife.
Horrible eyelash install. Falling off next day! My wedding was three days later. When the entire right eye fell off. No neglect of my own. Followed all after care instructions! What a joke! And pulled out mist of my natural lash, because of the cheap glue, horrible install! Thanks for messing with my day . Do not trust these people!
