I spent $2000 for a fish finder installation that did not work, and when I asked the technician why it was not working he told me that I needed to spend another $2000 to make it work which was not discussed at the time i dropped it off. Terrible experience never going back here. I am working on taking them to court to receive a refund.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible experience. Do not take your boat here. Worst customer service ever. Delivered a broken solution and would not fix it.
They have always been helpful. Jeremy and Jordan are excellent mechanics. Johnny Maes is very knowledgeable about the boats and accessories.they carry and can give good fishing advice
Terrible experience. Do not take your boat there. They do not leave you with a working product only a bill and then a smartass remarks about how they told me that it would not work.
I spent $2000 call and ask why my installation isn’t working only to get gaslit by their technician who tells me I need to buy another fish finder for my fish finder to work
